Hi dear everyone, hope you are having a wonderful day. Today’s post is the comparison of two blushes I have in my collection, MAC sheertone blush Pinch O’Peach (I heard that it has been discontinued) and NYX Peach.
I believe I may have found a dupe as I feel that both blushes are increidbly similar with regards to colour, texture and staying power.
Colours: both blushes are cool toned blush pink, and it is interesting that both blushes have “Peach” in their names (which I don’t really see). They look incredibly similiar in the pan (MAC one looks darker) and in the swatches on my arm, however, in person , NYX Peach looks slightly brighter. On my NC20 skin, both blushes give me a natural flush. I like to use Sigma beauty F40 conture brush to apply becuase I feel it helps build up the colour.
Texture : NYX Peach is less pigmented; however buidable which I don’t mind since I don’t need to worry about accidently putting on too much and look clownish.
Finish: NYX Peach has a sutble sheen in the swatch whilst MAC Pinch O’Peach is matte. Once it’s applied on the skin, you won’t see any difference.
Staying power: both blushes last me through a noraml working day.
Truth to be told, I have always been a fan of searching for dupes, so hope this post will help some of you if you are looking for a dupe for MAC sheertone blush Pinch O’Peach.
