Hi my dear readers, today I’m going to review Eyeko London skinny brush mascara and its brow gel.
I first heard of this brand from Pixiwoo sisters. I was very curious how their products actually perform. When I ordered my Urban Decay naked palette from www.beautybay.com, I took the opportunity to get Eyeko brow gel. Then I found out that we have Eyeko products in Australia from www.kitcosmetics.com.au, I bought the skinny brush mascara as well.
I want to say that I really like these two products that I have.
First of all, Eyeko’s brow gel.
Claim: our nano brush and botanically enriched tinted gel effortlessly defines brow for a natural finish. The suits all shade features Keratin and Gingko Bikabo to maintain a healthy brow look.
Thoughts: I like the tiny brush which has a skinner tip. It’s like a pencil that can draw the product onto my brows beautifully without making a mess. The brow gel itself is thin and almost watery so I always make sure wiping off some product before applying on my brows. Even though the gel is tinted, it does not dye my brows like other tinted brow gel; to me, it’s more like a clear brow gel which keep my brows in place and last whole day.
Secondly, Eyeko Skinny brush mascara.
Claim: our skinny brush captured even the shortest lashes, whilst our conditioning pro vitamin B formula locks a jet black colour for a water resistant finish.
Thoughts: I can say that this mascara changed my view that I can never apply mascara on my lower lashes which are relatively long but sparse. Because lower lashes are so close to my under eye area, whenever I try to apply mascara, it would get onto my skin, make a mess or clump my lashes.
The brush is skinny and fits nicely on my lower lashes while separating and lengthening them. The formula of the mascara is wet so it can clump my lashes if I am not careful. This mascara does not flake or smudge.
I think I can get used to applying mascaras onto my lower lashes as it frames and defines my eyes better.
